phonetic speech search and analytics, to solve the efficiency

environments. Now with increased capacity (1500 simultaneous
hours), so even more call recordings can be analysed, the reach
of gopher-it is extended to large call centres too. The search
system now provides greater flexibility enabling the easy
capture of simple and more complex queries, while advanced
results presentation and analysis tools mean that you can
access the hidden intelligence from call interactions faster than
ever.

Building on gopher-it 1.1™'s principles of ease-of-use, our latest version 1.1 release now provides access to an even richer experience. Bringing new features including file based tagging, data set filtering and a plug-in framework to increase the power of the applicaiton.

Tagging extends the use of gopher-it enabling concepts discovered during search to be captured and used to generate even more powerful analytics.

Data set filtering provides the ability to select sub-sets of data based on tag values providing faster access to more precise intelligence. For example, you can look at only non-compliant calls and minismise the search time to drill down the real issues.
Plug-in Interface
gopher-it 1.1™ also has the additional feature of a plug-in interface.
This allows you to send your results to any third party system, transferring any of the data available in gopher-it 1.1™ to external systems including; search hits, applied tags and the query structure. This enables you to leverage the value of your results in any other application.
