What does the Aurix audio miner product include?

Aurix audio miner is shipped as an SDK (software development kit) and comes with code headers and libraries, as well as runtime components for the core engine. Runtime components suitable for packaging with third-party applications are provided as a Microsoft Installer merge module. Example programs for a console are provided with the SDK, along with the corresponding source code, illustrating usage of both APIs in file-to-file and streaming modes. An MFC GUI demo application is also provided. A programmer's guide document is shipped with the SDK giving full details of all the API calls.

What audio formats are supported?

The audio miner engine can be used in either audio streaming or file-to-file mode. In file-to-file mode all media files compatible with Windows Media Player 9 (including wav, mp3, mpg, wma, wmv, avi) are supported by the Aurix audio mining engine. When working in real-time streaming mode, audio data should be in 16-bit PCM format (little-endian).
